Eligibility for Returns
You may return products within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
How to Return a Product
Simply send the product to the address below along with your name, order number, and reason for return.

Return Shipping Responsibility:
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Goddess Root is not responsible for items lost during return transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll be notified by email.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Partial refunds may apply for used items, missing packaging, or returns made after 30 days.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will replace or refund the item at no cost to you.
Order Cancellations
Before Shipment: You may cancel your order for a full refund by contacting us immediately.
